Linking People to the Bottom Line

The purpose of this course is to provide human resource managers with the analytic tools necessary to link workforce attributes—such as turnover and employee satisfaction—to bottom-line costs and benefits. This course will use a combination of lecture and case analysis. All participants will be able to succeed in the course without any prerequisites.

• Methods for calculating human resource costs and benefits
