On February 16, Illinois HR Excellence hosted the workshop, Designing Compensation and Benefits for Organizational Success. Led by University of Illinois at Chicago instructor, Peter Thompson, the workshop focused on matching your business strategy with your compensation and benefit plans and concluded with a practical exercise in designing a compensation plan. Participants rated the workshop very highly; one commented, “Love the UI/Chamber workshops! They are geared to adult learners; this is not a lecture class. It’s great to hear what other companies are doing.”
